another dream
it overtakes me
a cruel reality
that in the end
I can not face

when I stand
those around me
would rather me kneel

they wish for sorrow
so they may find joy
they demand pain
so they may know pleasure

this, is the cruelty of man
this, is the "humanity" within civilization

"Bring me your sick"

"Bring me your broken”

"Bring me your weary”

"Bring me your lost”

they are the humans
not the animal proclaiming perfection

the weak
the broken
the lost
the fallen
shall know peace
shall know humility

the proud
the condemning
the forceful
shall know pain
shall know suffering
shall know loneliness
shall know death

long live the true humble members of humanity
misery to the worthless worms of pride
