 I sing of a tale of dispair and woe
an angel that god has forsaken
lost soul cast aside, left for the shadow
to ensnare, consume, and awaken

Fiend's rage consumes its desperate mind
It lashes and screams for its vengeance
Demon fights angel, their fate intertwined
til fury destroys hero's defence

as light fades away in shadow's hold
sweet lies descend and then blind
visions of a world free from wrongs unfold
will truth ever release the boys mind?

sinners will lament as they wail and cry
past follies squeeze tight on their heart
as the chorus prays for their beloved ally
only now will the true journy start.
