The world never showed her
By Dethuntillite
Excuses she has for a reason to be
My breath taken by her troubled
thoughts
Intoxication in her lonely presence
To know her mind,
and impossible endeavor
Wavering from flickering lights
The
anxiety of being true to herself
An Amelie in a gray dress
Feelings
of nothing leading her to an end
Fading will forever hers
Rolling hills where happy gives to sad
Internal cries in the pit
of her stomach
Never knowing how to ease
Fairytale wishes
by the stars of night
White dresses to be chosen by someone else
Destined love the world never showed
Flying away to leave her in
a shivering pain

Tremendous piece! "Fading will forever be hers" (I think you dropped the "be"). You had another poem that was quite special a few days ago. THanks so much and welcome! How did you come by this user / screen name (sounds French maybe?)

Dethuntillite. The only way i can show how i go thru life. I am lost in death, but one of the few things I believe in is that if I can holdout long enough the delusions and the despair that I've created will one day be vague memories and that light will find me:)
