No More Pain

I'm a nice person...
Always have been,
Always will be...
So why do I feel,
Like an instrument of torture?
Everyone I'm around somehow gets hurt.
I don't mean to but,
It happens...
So much that,
When my back's against the wall,
I'm all alone.
All alone to face the dangers of this world.
So if I push you away now,
Will you feel less hurt?
WIll I be the only one to hurt?
Can i take all the pain,
And crush my own heart...?
...Instead of yours?
