Ignorance: The Bliss Of It All

By maliceman

If i knew how to love
I'd love you the best.
If I knew how to try
I'd put that love to the test.

If I knew how you felt
Maybe you would have decided to stay.
If I knew what you thought...
Maybe it's better this way.

If I knew why
Maybe i would feel better.
If i knew how to bleed
I would bleed out forever.

If I knew how to forgive
Maybe I wouldn't be weak.
If I knew how to win
Maybe I wouldn't be meak

If I knew how to cry
Tears would blur my sight.
If I knew how to die
I wouldn't last through the night...
