Rose Tinted

By Berry Fantastic

A happy tear escapes
Like a sinful sigh
And travels down my cheek
It licks my jaw
And lingers there
To watch my world turn pink

I see this happy world
Through rose tinted glasses
‘Cause I’ve kissed love
And shook life’s hand
Time still passes

A smile painted on my lips
A twinkle in my eye
You live one life
And love and laugh
Then embrace the bright blue sky
