Greetings from sunny purgatory

By strange_luv

woman of fire sets my world ablaze
sweet scent of all that is forbidden
permeates the stale air and blends so delicately with menthol cigarettes
why cant you be my forever,
so that i can be your always?

The only forever that remains is the crisp memory of you in the mountains where i caught a glimpse of your soul and sealed my fate, there was no turning back and I haven't been able to since. Surrendered to all that is wholly you, and enslaved by an unquenchable thirst to taste your soul over and over again.

Eyes of a wild despair pierce my soul time and time again beckoning me to slip the noose around my neck , why do i linger?
why do i want what I obviously can not have, and why do you flaunt and tease me the way you do?

what is this hell called friendship?
and what sin's have i committed to earn this damnation?
your touch ignites a flame that resonates through out my being and scorches my heart,
your smile leaves me yearning for the sweet calm surrender of a dark eternity spent in your presence.
An intense whisper lingers in my ear "yes, don't stop" the hairs go up on the back of my neck and i am sent hurling towards a primal place in time where i find myself in the damp confines of prison that you hold me captive in, as you stand before me holding the keys to my shackles just out of reach.
