Craig List Killer 2009

By Ears2hearyou

Clever and psychotic
Innocent heart
Guilt-less mind
Slowly sips, tastes
and savors....

Sadistic fantasies
feather stroke
jagged memories.

Luscious power
breathing lust
Ultimate Control.

For once upon a time
in vile thrones
of a heinous mind;
He dared to dream
He was a King
and fearless executioner.

Women of grand beauty
fell upon his feet
bidding, begging, to be…
sweet gravy for his meat.

Slowly…he sips
bitter wine
Selecting lovely
- possibilities-
To be his next
Pleading Pride.

In lands
of bold reality 2009.
His gentle fiancée wept;

I swear to you;
“he wouldn’t hurt a fly”

I must admit
I mourned with her
In grief, horror, and shock.

Tender tears dript
Bled as they spoke;

“Why, oh, why
Love must thy be
a dagger to the blind.”

    Ick, Ick, Ick. I mean, nice verse...just ick for the subject matter. Craigslist is making the news too often, and way too close to home for me to really get this I guess.
