We Are The Unforgiven

By Organized_Chaos

Blazing a trail of fire,
As you burn your own desire,
Begging for attention,
As you destroy your own ambitions.

We are the ones that sieze the day,
We are the ones that refuse to go away,
Never turn your back on us,
We see everything you already know.

Wicked all the way to the center,
Never forgiven, as we are the sinners,
We don't pay attention to anything you say,
Hate, take it,
Shine, break it,
And brush it all away.

Followed buy demons,
You leave everything behind,
Pay attention to your instincts,
Befor they leave you blind.

Staying in your secluded room,
You miss the glimps of your true calling,
But your selfishness leaves you broken and untrue,
As everything else begins to cumble beneath you.

We will never be released from our sins,
Because we are the unforgiven.

Makes me think of the people who are unforgiven are likely the ones who do not ask or seek forgiveness. Or sometimes you wait so long that those you need it from are no longer around. Nice piece.
