someone can win the lottery,
someone could usurp a government,
and many people can pass by someone homeless.

we can give someone a gift,
we can attempt to make someones day,
we can help love and care for each other,
and we can make sure we're all okay.

kingdoms have fallen,
new states have risen and conquered,
a new person has claimed a new God,
people begin a feud to last centuries.

In the blink of an eye, everything can change,
we can protect those around us,
we can aid those who need us,
we can make those likeable to us,
and they can become friends with us.
