Goin' Through Motions

By Simply Me

Another one of those days
where I don't feel right
Been tryin' to cry
but avoiding the fight

I can't listen to you
in my head again
what's right and wrong
and where have I been

I don't even know where I'm at today
just goin' through motions
pretending emotions
that make me look normal to you

why doesn't it hurt
when the voice says it should
I couldn't regret it
even doubt if I would

sick of my disgusting false morals
a hypocrite of truth
and angels whisper lies into my ear
lies that I listen to

I don't even know where I am today
just goin' through motions
pretending emotions
do I look normal to you?
Please tell me who I am again
