Thine Screams Are Heard By Naught But Thee

By Berry Fantastic

Loud steps upon the pavement sound
To warn thee of thy place
Loud heartbeats pound and pound and pound
To taunt thee of thy fate

And wouldst thine screams be heard tonight
Thou knowest thou would be free
But sisters Fate would have it be
Thine screams are heard by naught but thee

And how it haunts thee so!
Thine echo ever clear
And it may be the death of thee
For death is ever near

Makes me think that death turns a deaf ear and fear destroys all composure.

What a poetic comment, thank you.
