Reveries

By maliceman

You dream:

"In a mansion
All alone
Surrounded by
Human bones
Hunted, stalked
You are their prey
Frightened
You long for the light of day
Surrounded
You call my name
And here i am
Slaying Vampyres
With blazing sword in hand
The threat is gone
And twas done no harm
You find solace
within my arms"

Same night; I dream:

"Standing outside
your house so small
You're asleep inside
No fear at all
A new Vampyre
Straight from the morgue
I walk up calm
I try the door
Unlocked of course
I enter, no sound
I turn you're family's
Heads around
Now it's only
you that's left
Asleep so sweetly
In your bed
My mouth upon your neck
My fangs out in a sec
Awake my mistress
In my arms
Eternal now
And safe from harm"

Nice imagery. I enjoyed this because of its darkness, especially the vampire symbolism. Thank you for sharing. :)
