"I agree, it is the stand still that kills. Knowing oneself is first and foremost I believe, love is more satisfying than hate, even though the pain of both can be just as great and it reminds us we're still alive, I do thrive on the challenge of dealing with overwhelming emotion's and that is why I agree with "it's the stand still that kills" I really enjoyed reading this.
