  • "The unfortunate thing about collateral damage is that clay-mores don't choose targets, only directions. Sometimes when a monster is warring with themselves, others get caught in the flack. It's not in any sense acceptable but, if you stand too close, you can suffer that. For thousands of years we have been fascinated by fire and it is beautiful but, when we reach to touch it or get too close, who is at fault? Fire burns. You can't can't blame it because you got too close or chose to reach. I think we burn and learn."
