Defining love

By EnlightenedFailure

How can one honestly describe love? So many have tried, some even believe to have succeeded. But to say you understand love is like saying you understand what sets gods heavenly holy kingdom so far above today’s society. Even our morals of self-righteousness are laced with greed and hatred. So to try to describe love is doing no more then making the one thing all people can hold sacred to themselves; unclean and dirty by the simple and ignorant minds we have that are capable of so little because of the shackles we have set on ourselves so long ago. Only in the place where all is certain yet nothing is stated can we ever truly understand love.

The last line I fully agree with; though, to the rest of this, I am not in disagreement, but there is so much more to our failings which become cause for the misunderstanding of Love/Unity.

It would indeed be an undertaking of such immense proportions, so, to that, ya, the blunt route is appropriate. =) ~b
