Morning Dawn

By Asouldivided

The Room is pitch black

The last dream frazzles fading
From the inner eyes
The first actinism
Flood the dark spots

Breaking light beams
Touching the cold surfaces

The red heart awakes
Slowly turning into ice
Reflecting all the colors

The Room is now half mottled by light

The mind awakes
Some random thoughts
corrode in waves
Some sharp ideas run
Down the neuron junctions

The dawn of a new day
The dawn of a new chance
The dawn of a new decade

The whole room seems to sigh
Forgotten all the nightly pain and beauty
Past realities are now incoherent

This is the moment when reality turns into Dreams

Stepping out of the Darkness into the Heat
Out of the Cold into the Light

To face and dwell in
life
once more

Not realizing the eyes
that are watching
My back from
-Within-
the darkness behind
