lost in verse

By Hello Dead Kitty

that self you carry so filled with angry sayings
i tasted as i bit you lip so delicious, yet wary
i knew at that particular moment
we tilted our hats to the same life saving grommet
your soul was spilling from inside
that familiar hatred i met on the slide
you and i
we are two of a kind
our wasted selves took our visions, made us blind
we sit here together, each attempting to recall
what brought us here and made us tall
so high above the whispering theives
that at one time caused us to bleed

our lives losing shape

lost in no meaningful verse

let us plead to those gypsies and
our lives, in words, let us curse
