Of You
By Lythodaemil
The passion of love is like a lion and its prey,
Your heart loves so unconditionally when passion rules you.
No choice can be made who you chose to love.
When passions takes over and love becomes blind.
Feeling so deeply for someone you care about
Pining to be with the one you love, you lust.
Every waking moment you think of them.
If you can’t be with them you feel like you could die.
Life is meaningless.
Passion takes a hold of you
Never will it let go until you are dragged to the bottom of the earth.
For many, broken hearts are results of passion
Of love
Of wanting
Of need
I wish this time could have been different.
Maybe there is still a small glimmer of hope…

This is a very personal piece, and yet, we've all been there. I like how you were able to take something so general and make is so personal.
