I offer you my heart and you step back
Offering you unconditional love that you lack
I expose my soul and you close your eyes
You want her who's skin is full of lies
Can't you see she has no need of you
Just your gaze and she turns blue
you say there is a boundry around me
That you must overcome for it to be
Can't it be that I can help you through
Must I have to stand alone until you do
I can help you through it all
And I will not let you fall
We both have been badly hurt before
We can make sure hurt never happens anymore
I am here if you need a place to get away
And I will listen to ever word you say
I will be that person you can talk to
For any reason I will be here for you
And I will never judge who you are
If you need me I will not be far
