Being Fall
By Irioth
The end of one kind of growth
leads to the beginning of another.
The beutiful colors around me
provide a background for colder weather.
Seeming so transient
I see this world in motion,
the changing seasons don't have
concerns? questions?
neither do changing people, moving people
a world moving thinks of little
Does fall think?
Does it occupy itself with turning
the world to winter?
Or does it enjoy
being fall...

You pose an interesting philosophical question, and do, indeed, capture autumn so well. Very nicely done.

oh the beauty of change in autumn... you've captured it so well, that and your wonder.
