Path

By PoeticMindBlow

In the flame of enchantment lives an honoring fate,
A walk on the wild side behind the cast-iron gate.

Walking with truth protected by love,
Knowing I had the guidance from the gods up above.

I walked through the forests of once called temptation,
Knowing that what I was doing was only migration.

The path that would lead me to the greener side,
And place where I wouldn't always have to hide.

I could be free and truly fly,
And no longer would I have to lie.

And with this the world on my shoulders,
I walk with everything I have and become much bolder.

For I am at rest with who I am.
