Drowning Alone

By Vindicated_untouchable

Crossing the bridge
On angels' wings
Plucked from the finest of love,
I stand on edge,
Tempting fate;
Let me jump,
Or make me fall.
Below me there lay
A thunderous wake,
Who's sweet briskness
I embrace.

Ive fallen in love
And there's no one
To catch me.
I drown
In the swift-moving current
For no one’s taught me to swim,
And I dare not save myself
For fear of feeling
All that’s been broken.
