Screaming in reminiscence

By Vindicated_untouchable

Cradled in the arms
Of your reminiscent being,
I weep, vicariously,
Through the willow.
Quivering, vulnerably,
As you whisper through the wind,
I am broken by your all too surreal presence.
Listening to the brook
Babble, mindlessly,
I smile as you wink through the stars.
Scared and alone
As fire scorches the horizon,
I scream, silently,
Into the clouds.

Don't know how I missed this one, Kitty. Wow, wonderfully panted, deeply touching, just as you always have been.
