Unhealed wounds
Of the dying moon

Scars of the night
Fuel my fright

Lustful gaze
Entwined by a maze

Capturing thoughts
Of the love you brought

Feelings there to stay
I swear it'll never sway

If memories fade
And old wounds decay

I'll still be there
This I swear
