dragon flutter

By lonelygurl

a dragon on its path to death
its fire no longer there
it flies with a graceful stealth
knowing her time has is almost here

this dragon is my soul
her tortured cries my own
she too has played the fool
and all thats heard is a pitiful moan

as she falls to this earth
the tears cease to fall
for her body, they will not search
for they do not know of her at all

when my soul has left this plane
along with it is the pain
