Drama

By no_independence

Why does everything have to be so damn dramatic? Society is nothing more than one big game, you turn on the t.v. and some tragedy has happened half-way around planet and the world as we know it is about to end. It always seems like we are about to be blown up, shot or plunged into poverty! BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS!
Its not just on t.v. either, its everywhere! You are shunned if you speak your mind and considered arrogant if you say anything good about yourself. Instead of talking about anything important we talk about useless crap that no one cares about so that no one can see who we truly are. We are all just players in a game were being an individual also makes you an outsider.
But thats just my opinion.

Fear sells. Greed drives the drama in the media. It is also the basis of our society. Pray to be an outsider, or you will have no chance to change anything. People are so taken up, especially in america, by there stupid little lives that will not matt

matter. Their children and grandchildren will die, and they will be the forgotten ancestor of soon to be forgotten youth. People apparently accept this and find meaning in the drama they create for themselves. But that's just my opinion.
