(The Real World) Can't Hurt You Any More

By Kryzten

I love the way you stroke my hair,
I love the way you smile;
But most of all I love the way that you stay in denial.
I love it when you stare at me,
And tell me all those lies.
Of course I didn't know the truth,
Until I saw your darkened side.

You promise me things that will never happen,
And you tell me lies just so I won't cry.
Well, don't worry about my feelings,
Cause I'm stronger than you think.

Just next time be more careful,
About where you plae you feet.
I really want to kill you-
I'm not a place to tread!
Too bad this gun won't hurt you-
Because you're already dead.
