Am I doomed forever?

Things dont add up these day
I can't find the answer
Im dying from the inside out

Feel frozen like ice
Numb to the place
Calling for help is useless
Why I don't know
I don't want medication
It won't help
What is the point
Why I don't know
All in vain?
I can't pin the tail on the donkey
Everyone feel this way?
Why I dont know
Or only a select few
Why us?
What did we do?
