Who wants to be perfect, saintly
to be admired by the masses?

Tryin' too hard to be like the others
when all to do is gossip, gossip, gossip:

"Be chaste, be obedient, be submissive little ladies."
"You have no right 'cause you're not a man!"
"She's weird, therefore she's a whore..."
"I don't like her 'cause she's strange..."
"Dios ko! 'Yung putang ito ay isang demonya!"
(My God! This bitch is a demon!)
"She's smart in class? I hate her..."
"She has nice stuff, she must have stolen them..."

Just want to be out of here,
away from the crab mentality,
the chatterbox spinsters,
the close-minded assholes,
the sleazy officials,
the restricting society,
the mental scars!
