Blinded

By Queazenart

You burn me with your existence.

Yellow light blaring into my eyes
as I stumble forth into the building.

The mornings here are so difficult.

Like pills too large to swallow.

Like concrete shoes.

Highbeams through the back window
in a semi-truck
night drive
car crash dream.

Daybreak has blinded me.
