What Mothers Should Say

By Jenna-Stone181

My precious little girl,
You are beautiful.
and I love you more than words can say
Never look in the mirror
and wish to change.
You are the perfect you.
Be proud of what you see.
Be proud of your uniqueness
which you may call your "imperfections”
They are what make you, you.

My precious little girl,
You are beautiful.
and I love you more than words can say
No matter what others say.
No matter what others think.
If the person you like doesn’t see you,
there is always another,
One who will see the beauty in you.
One who will see you are perfect just the way you are.
The freckles sprinkled across your face,
The birthmark on your arm, are parts of you.

My precious little girl,
You are beautiful.
I love you more than words can say
You are special and light up my world
You make my life so much better, just by being in it.
So, my precious little girl,
You are beautiful
Don’t ever let anyone tell you differently.

If more parents uttered these words with this passion the world would be a much brighter place for our children to grow up in. I applaud your wisdom! Lazarus Ominous
