HUMAN NATURE
By motherofnature
As we sat in class watching "animals extinct"
It all happened so fast.
Taken over natural instinct.
Head tucked under desks without a blink.
Blazing forrest lines blinking warning signs
Never fixing our tracking ...
Their is no rewinds.
Like a horse wearing blinds
All you see is you
Not around nor behind
Peripheral view stuck in mines
Century's of existence still this constant persistence.
Greed........
Trying to live in earth's coexistence
We're just like pirates on a mission
Reaching failure to treasure earth's assistance
Too much technological distance .. neurological resistance.....
But what if we try something logical for instance......
Consistence?
What if the money wasn't the world's so called " root of all evil "
.. ?
But the evil is the roots ripped out by it's people...
Printing empty papers to sign away lives
Propositions and petitions flying like bee's from their hives.

I think that deep down, we're all capable of unspeakable evil. Money is another driving force for humanity. From our most basic needs like shelter, food, and clothing to the unnecessary like luxury cars, mansions, and extravagant vacations. We unconsciously judge each other on how much or how little we have. I am really liking the visuals that accompany your writes. Reb:).
