Winter's Chill

By Jay Dumas

This winter chill in my bones,
Make me wonder , where's my home,
The lack of warmth in my soul,
Brings death like stillness ,
Cold breath escapes my lips,
My body laid to rest,
My mind goes dark,
As my soul slowly disembarks.
