Colours Seem Textile

By SirEnders

The colours seem to be so textile
Just sit, and feel them a while.
That chemical stamp is responsible
Making the impossible possible.
Everything is not as it seems
Yet, not the opposite by any means.
The world seems to fade away
As a new plane comes my way.
Watch as these trees arise before me
Such a uniquely wondrous sight to see.
The colours seem to be off set though
Even the shadows appear to be aglow.
Why do I feel so exuberant like this
Everything is so cheerful and bliss.
The hate and pain seem to utterly fade
What a fantastic choice I have made.
I love the feeling of smiling too much
Now I can talk to people without a crutch.
I become who I used to be and I missed me
Stir in some MDMA in my Sweet Black Tea.
Get higher and higher, not wanting to come down
But I have to go down, Death has my Crown.
See him in a Teal robe, in confusion wipe my eyes
Effects wear off, I see him. Dark and Grim, my demise.
So ironic, my happiness had been my downfall
That's what I get for trying to feel anything at all.
My happiness had killed me, my fault too
I'll be home, if I come back at all, soon.

The come down does just wreck you. It's worth it in my opinion for those 4-6 hours
