Life

By Tear of Prometheus

Swamped me down to dead mans´ cave
Growl and howl the suns´ light down
Drawn me drawn me to your Grave
Exposed me to thy undead crown

Hollow hollow all these skins
Def and blind and dumb they fade
Feeling still like Gods of Kings
Being thinner than a flower´s shade

You surrond me like a flock of hare
Your presence weak, thin like air
All of you are wearing crowns
Your faces though show nothing but frowns

Cry oh cry oh cry thy name
To not forget from where you came
To this ugly world deep down
It´s ingrown in your mind that crown

One should´t dare t´ forget one´s same
To me - to all of blood and bone
But you did the deed you crossed the line
You´ve sinned you´ve tainted that life of thine
I´ll  never live in that same shame
But lonely and always on my own

Now that you curse your heavy crown
You still try to drag me down
You live in shame you always mourn
Yourself - you forgot, you´re blood and bone

Hollow hollow all these skins
Def `n´blind and dumb they fade
Feeling still like Gods of Kings
Being thinner than a flower´s shade

Shun me shun me leave me be
Set me free or else you´ll see
What lurks underneath these waves
Of this frozen oceans´ graves

That I have to call my heart
Scarred and beaten damned and dark
But until I faint i fight
Even if this worlds´ sun died
