Hold your breath and think about the fear of death

By Crashoverride

beauty
perception
the message sent isnt the one received
dont fight the need, its what helps you breathe
to live in the darkness that is
or retreat into the paradise that was
happiness is a myth
but even though my strain, its what ive obtained
robotic, primitive urges make surges throughout my brain
ill accept them as me and become free
nothings perfect, but nothings worthless
ill keep speaking till im wordless
finding a balance between the lazy and letting it phase me
no line drawn in the sand like i have to do it with my own hands
im nerdy, dirty, and flirty
every word perfectly describes all my lies
sit in the corner; enveloped in fear
thats the only way to really be here
but i love the fear
its what makes me see so clear
its what helps me steer from the ledge within my head
ill do it till im dead
no surrender
until the end, im my own nameless creation

It's interesting that your urges are robotic and primitive; such concepts are not associated to go together frequently. Also, I think that the fear of death is what makes you certain that you are alive... Brava.
