Promises and Other Lies

By malevolencefixation

You're attracted to my innocence
But little do you know
My innocence was taken from me
Very long ago
I tried to give you all of me
But I am so naive
I ate every lie you fed to me
Every word I did believe
Your dirty little secret
You'll keep me locked away
I'll never be your first option
But I'll do just for play
Please stop being nice to me
I know it's all a lie
Don't fill my head with promises
You don't intend to stand by
