Twisted Wonderland

By Mad Hatter

Come one, come all, from around the world,
freedom awaits, into happiness you'll be hurled!
Come now, come quick, and don't prolong,
so act now or you'll surely be wrong!

We'll keep you safe, so you don't die in youth,
and we'll keep you safe from choice and truth.
You'll have your "freedom" in a large prison cell,
because what was advertised as Heaven, is really Hell.

You left your homes, oh so willingly,
and left your families oh so selfishly,
to live in the country where what I say goes,
and be left dead if you dare to oppose.

You're nothing but a gear to help run my machine,
to worldwide advertise this Hell, run by your yours truly,
The bloody red queen of the blue, white, and bloody red country.
You all will always do as I command,
because in the godless land of the damned,
I rule America as my own Twisted Wonderland.

i love your references from wonderland to government, and i don't know if you were trying to show it like a circus act in the beginning, but that was really awesome, brilliant write!
