Cass...

By Gothchic

As the howling dies down
And birds start to chirp
The dark skies bursting out red rays
And darkness slowly engulfed by light
I lay my head now on my pillow
Knowing that the dark is hidding for a while
Its another day and i am here
I can rest my head and shut out everything
Everything outside of me.

You have been my company another night
But at day break we must part
Sleep now my angel of the the night
For it is daylight.
Be by my side to watch over me again
When darkness falls...

Dark and lovely. This kind of sounds like a real scenario.
