Mortality

By XxxHauntxxxMexxX

Your World Begins To Shrink
You Feel Your Mortality
Your Stomach Jumps Into Your Throat
That Cold Hard Punch In The Stomach
When You Realize No One Lives Forever
For Some There Is No Happy Ending To Their Life
You Start To Think
Will You Live Your Life To The Fullest
Or Will It Be Cut Short
If Cut Short Will It Be By Your Own Hand Or Someone Elses?
You Turn A Pale White When You Really Realize Why You Are Thinking About Such Things
The One Person You Could Trust
The One Who Had Never Betrayed You In This Life
Is Gone
Your Best Friend
She Took Her Life
She Couldn't Bare This
Cruel
Ugly
World
She Was Just To Pure For It
It Ate Her Alive And She Just Couldnt Take It Anymore
So On This Day That You Felt Your Mortality
She Was Gone From This World
Never To Return To You
Her Poor Grandmother
She Raised Her From A Child
Only To Find Her Hanging From Her Door
You Can't Bare To Think About It
You Vomit A Little When You Realize This Is REAL
Shes Lost Forever
Your Broken
How Do You Go On From Something Like This?...
You Are Forever Tainted By Loss
Her Loss And Many Others
So Many Lost Which Leaves You
Taint By Mortality.

...it's always tough to write about a tragedy like this. as writers, we feel obligated. it's a well done memorial...
