Don't Lie to Me

By heartbroken psychosis

 When you ignore the difference
between "irrational" and "delusional"
and mistake the medicinal thread
in your fingers for indulgence -
your skin for needpoint's delight,
do you call it insanity?
Do you call it by my name?
Or am I just hiding
in the crop circles I may have
carved in my sleep?

No one ever did tell me
If I was a butcher or just a bloody artist.
