A Songbird at Five
By Virgils Vigil
The first bird sings at five.
A sole
song sung from forgiving lungs.
A tranquil tune tantalizes the
fading moon.
A sonic wisp summons future forth.
Sing to us—
Let us feel waves of tomorrows—
Tomorrows
And tomorrows forever

A songbird trilling melodies of new tomorrows. Hopeful. Wistful. Really nice...

I like the contrast you draw in the last, two lines; A tranquil tune juxtaposed to a sonic wisp. Plus, you contrast between the passing night and future day.
