Nails Incessant Kiss

By spring hews

My mind is twisted and cold. Like barbed wire. Biting into soft pink flesh. Tearing open scars of memories past.
Laughter....Nails on a chalk board of time. Water that drips upon your forehead, counting out seconds upon minutes of misery.
The loudest scream never heard.........................................
Needles inches away from becoming blind.
Blinking like humming bird wings, and tears that swell and fall, caressing sun-kissed skin that lies under a thin layer of filth.
Incessant tapping of fingers that should be broken and knarled so they may never tap again......tap......tap......tap
A tooty grin that drips disdain and tastes like rotten peaches upon the tongue.
A kiss of sadness that means nothing but lonliness.
The brain, a wonderfully incurable disease.
Sink your teeth in.......Taste the madness.
