you

By lockupthedoors

Skin to skin, head on shoulder
I want to be yours when growing older.
hand in hand, heart by heart
I'll walk with you no matter how far.

Your fingers, they run
slowly through my har.
but then I wake up,
It isn't fair.

Why must I wake up from this wonderful dream?
Crying alone, your name I scream.

I cherish the moments when you speak to me
I feel so alive when our touch meets.

I want you to know how much I love you
But my words never seem to get through

I'd die for my life to be like my dreams
but you are awake, when I am asleep.
