Discarded

By Ocean of Truth

A dark, deep lake
       With no life-guard on duty

Shark infested waters
Where it pays to be savage

Dangerous to the naive
       Home to the misunderstood

Like a pack of wolves
      Outcast from the whole

Lost in space and time
       Hovering around a single mass
Like an asteroid turned moon
       Of a looming black planet

Discarded to the depths of the universe

Never to be seen by the untrained eye

Or heard by the ears of the non-believers

We are lost
     Some have found

Yet stay to pass the word

That shall never be understood
