RE: My Heart[less]

By Ocean of Truth

My heart
Lying lonely in a cold, dark room
Tossed carelessly aside by one, then another
Lying in want for it's helplessness to get
                                                 the better of it

(You saw and felt it)

The walls seem to get closer and closer
The adrenaline rushes as I feel you approach
Until they are all completely touching

My Heart
surrounded by you, embracing your being
The walls stop moving, they are encompassing me
(All I feel is you, and I am intoxicated)

You wait there for a while, holding me close
Just as I feel complete bliss
You squeeze me, heaving the walls forward

Crushing me completely

( You always have your reasons)

As my lifeblood runs down your hand
I awaken from my intoxicated sleep
And realize with great jubilance
That my heart is finally gone

Good thing it never took residence in my chest...
