R.fix (Finding Myself)

By SinneR

Rising from the ashes,
That pain won't last for long.
Heal after crashing,
My fate will always be in my hands.

I'm tired of crawling in searching of a stand,
I'm tired of obeying someone else's command.
Nothing is happening like I've ever planned -
Every time on another 'situation' I land.
Trying to speak but my words are banned,
Alone in the world without a single friend.
Trying to hold on however I can..
Loud scream of anger, the door is slammed.

Words run through white sheet of paper,
Stating I was going to see the undertaker.
Later, a collegue of mine,
He calls, he's deducing I am on the line.
He knows, he's asking; I say "I'm fine."
He's explaining something about life and lime..
I interrupt him - "It's not a good time.."
I grab again the pen to make the next rhyme
And whine. What is wrong with me?
What's keeping me from setting myself free?
I'll find it out! It won't be easy to see!
But when I'm done, I will finally be..

Rising from the ashes,
That pain won't last for long.
Heal after crashing,
My fate will always be in my hands.

Finding myself will set me free.
Finding myself will help me see.
New memory for new beginning.
Starting again is what I need.
