He is the one who sends the stars to me
full of a wish of things soon to be
he's a simple man full of love
magical soul as beautiful as the heavens above
quick with a smile as bright as the sun
confidante, tormentor, and my main source of fun
patient, he listens to all my woes
loving my imperfections from head to toes
he quietly charmed his way into my heart
his voice, poetry, silliness, and art
he's soft and gentle yet so strong inside
he makes me feel so safe I don't want to hide
he's worked to prove his love to me
But I don't think I deserve such devotion truthfully
intelligent, talented, adorable, ready to roam
in his arms, I'm ready to make my home
