Look at Me

By Daryl Bracken

I am not glass
Quit looking through me

I am real person
Talk to me not at me

I Have feelings
your words are not funny

I have dreams and hopes
Quit telling me " I am worthless"

I have a voice
Stop saying " Shut up"

I am not glass
I am a real person
I have feeling
I have hopes and Dreams
I have a voice

None of these concern you
So look at me
And you might just see who I am
